This elegant cocktail is simply a mixture of pear vodka, elderflower liquor, and champagne. It's deliciously elegant and can be served any way you like - in martini, cocktail, or wine glasses.

French Pear Martini

French Pear Martini with St. Germain and Champagne

While the recipe instructs you to mix this cocktail one by one in a cocktail shaker, this is a great cocktail to serve to a crowd because of how easily guests can make their own.

Simply mix a pitcher of equal amounts pear vodka and St. Germain, and set out with chilled champagne, ice, slices of pear and a variety of glasses. Instruct guests to fill their glass with a few ice cubes, a few ounces of the pear/ St. Germain mixture, and top with champagne and a slice of pear.
