French Pear Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz pear vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz St. Germain elderflower liquor
  • 3 oz chilled champagne
  • Slice of pear (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the pear vodka and St. Germain. Shake vigorously and pour through a strainer into a martini or cocktail glass. Top with champagne and the slice of pear.
